Remove the old door, remove interior & exterior trim/molding, cut framing nails, remove threshold, insert door assembly into opening & adjust framing as with shims & spacer, square and level door, attach jam to framing with coated exterior screws, install door handset and tongue latch & adjust as needed, cut & install new casing.
Door Knob / Handset
Remove & replace old handset with new homeowner supplied handset

We'll come over and wall mount your flat panel TV with customer supplied mount. If you don't already have a TV mount, we can pick out a suitable one for an additional fee.
